A 'Right to Work' check involves a review of a candidate’s legal identification documents to ascertain whether or not they have permission to work in the UK. These checks are important, and must be carried out before any person is employed by any organisation. This course provides the basic knowledge and understanding needed to carry out 'Right to Work' checks. It covers what they are, why they are important, and details the different types of documents used whilst checking people’s right to work in the UK. The duration of this course is 20 minutes and can be completed over multiple sessions.
