YouCan Just For You
One-day, intensive workshop designed to kick-start a journey to better Health and Wellbeing using the principles of Self-Care.
Join an online learning group for a nurturing day of workshops, supported and guided by a PeoplePlus Wellbeing Coach. Learn about how to support wellbeing using some simple yet powerful techniques with proven benefits for daily life.
From 10 am until 4 pm, groups of course attendees share an experience designed to welcome everyone while exploring these four themes:
Be You - Explore emotions and feelings and introduce effective coping strategies for work and life.
Bounce Back - Improve resilience, build confidence, self-esteem and tackle burn out.
Be Healthy - Introduce small changes to make big differences through diet, sleep, exercise and healthier lifestyles.
Do It! - Positive thinking, mindfulness techniques, being thankful and creating a practical plan for the future.
YouCan is delivered by PeoplePlus Wellbeing Coaches, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
The experience is supported by a YouCan resource pack, delivered to each participant's home address before the workshop day. Including a Learner Workbook, pen, notepad, mindfulness colouring book, pencils and a stress ball, these items have been carefully chosen to prepare for and complement a special six hours.
YouCan is for anyone in need of a wellbeing boost.
