A Background to Body Language

‘A Background to Body Language’ aims to help you understand how gestures, postures, and the use of personal space, combine to form subconscious signals to others about what we are saying, and how we are feeling at the time. The course deals with what we mean by body language, its key elements, and the benefits of using and interpreting it. Having completed the course, you will be able to use an understanding of body language to explain intuitive reactions towards others, and to identify why interpretive skills could improve your personal communication. The duration of this course is 20 minutes and can be completed over multiple sessions.
