In return, those concerned have responsibilities, primarily in respect of keeping their employer notified of their wishes and intentions. The duration of this course is 20 minutes and can be completed over multiple sessions. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to: • Explain the difference between unpaid and shared parental leave • Acknowledge the legal rights and responsibilities of parents in respect of parental leave • Outline how shared parental leave works

This course includes:

  • Access on all devices, including mobile and TV
  • High quality videos and images
  • In-course quick reviews
  • End of course test (If applicable)
